Read this page carefully and set up your load order structure as advised below, allowing for your unique load order set-up but keeping to the overall TPOSC structure. PLEASE NOTE Bethesda latest updates has forced changes on authors; so the main AiO patch is for Skyrim AE version only as the USSEP patch has incorporated four CC content files into its structure. CC-Fish - Survival Mode - Curios - AdvDSGS.
INTRODUCTION:
The primary patch ( Vortex Download ) in the download area is a standalone patch for the following mods below, for Skyrim AE and will be a supporting patch for the coming mod pack collection for The People Of Skyrim Complete.
The AiO compatibility patch ( Vortex Download ) is for Lux, Lux Via, Orbis, Falskaar, Wyrmstooth, Beyond Skyrim - Wares of Tamriel SE, Alternate Start, JK's following mods, High Hrothgar, Temple Of Divines, Jorrvaskr, Dragons Reach, The Bannered Mare, Belethors Goods, Warmaiden's, The Drunken Huntsman, Riverwood Trader, for The People Of Skyrim Complete.
ABOUT:
Over the years some people have struggled with TPOSC either through lack of time, or knowledge, of how to build a load order around TPOSC; users in many instances tend to use inappropriate mods with TPOSC and fail to understand the nature of the mod or how to utilise it with other mods.
So with the dawning of mod packs, I am able to produce structured and supported mod packs for any user who has wanted to give TPOSC a go but did not know how to set up their load order in the best possible way for TPOSC. I have patched for my own personal preference, and for those mods, people have requested I support with the TPOSC mod pack collection. Regardless if you choose to use this supportive patch for the below mods or not you can start to get to grips with how to run a TPOSC LO.
There are other single patches in the download area for Skyrim Underground, Dungeons Revisited, Better Vampire Weapons and Falskaar Navmesh Island Fix, which does enough to improve performance and pathing of the NPCs when questing, but far from covers the many issues with the mods navmesh structure.

There are other patches for TPOSC links that can be found on the comment or description page of the TPOSC mod page, including a no dragon spawn patch for the many TPOSC dragon spawns added by the mod and other single support patches if this mod pack does not interest you.
IMPORTANT:
Please note TPOSC and Lux Via are two massive mods I have done my very best to respect both equally, with Lux Via being given priority re bridges and lights where appropriate, by this I mean where the performance between the mods and patch are not compromised, and where huge structural overhauls can be avoided, re TPOSC.
As for the other patches, there are uncomplicated, and only minor navmesh changes are applied in most instances. The only other mod of note is Wares of Tamriel SE which has been moved from its original location to Lizard Point in Dawnstar, a TPOSC settlement. The individual Lux Via patches ( another mod page ) will be updated in due course.
Other interior mods by JK can be used with this patch which changes interiors like Mara's temple in Riften and Markarths Sliver Blood Inn which I use with TPOSC. However, be aware you cannot use JK's exterior mods or interior mods that add exterior changes to the cities like his temple mod for Markarth except for those patched for in this patch, like The Bannered Mare.
Below is my current LO for the coming TPOSC mod pack for AE Edition, an example for you to guide yourself by, for those new to my work.
You can see all TPOSC patches and supporting patches for my load order for Lux, Lux Via JK's and so on.
The below list of course does not include all textures, ENB, SKSE, running scripts for AE and so no.
If you run SSE you would simply apply the appropriate scripts for that version of Skyrim to run this load order.
Most of my load order is ESL files and the primary purpose is all about stability, esthetics and performance which can be built upon.
To date, I have run near on 30 YouTube streams with this Load Order less the mod experience which I am trying out in the next set of streams. The few technical issues, mod clashes, and hence the patches, which the YT streams and local testing have raised have been fixed and refined.
Below is a guide for you to follow, it is my current LO for TPOSC streams, keep TPOSC and its patches at the end of the load order and the mods for which the patches are made placed where they should be in relation to TPOSC. If you do not do this you will have in-game issues.
With Loot or other mod installers, you can control your LO so the mods do not move their positions in relation to one another.
You will notice Lux ( interior ESL ) patches are placed after TPOSC one of the few exceptions as those are interior changes with which TPOSC has no shared references except the Lux patch for TPOSC itself for the TPOSC inn edits.

System Specs:
Run on 32GB of memory, a Ryzen 5 5600 chip, and a Nividia Gforce RTX 3060 12GB
I consider this PC set-up the minimum requirement for this coming TPOSC collection pack.
However, the user can downsize textures and reduce some of the load to suit their system requirements.
I have reduced all textures to 4K and used to run an almost similar set-up on an Nvidia GTX 1060 founders edition 6GB card at 2K with some reductions of course.
