About this mod
Applies stamina consumption to player and NPCs performing certain actions: attacking, swimming, jumping, casting a spell, pulling the bow and holding the block. Script free.

The character visibly moves while performing some arguably energy intense actions and the stamina bar is chilling.
Functionality
Applies a stamina/second drain to the character and the NPCs while performing certain actions. WHILE performing the action, not WHEN, meaning the stamina will start draining once the animation starts playing and will end once the animation ends (except jumping).
Action: Cost (stamina/s)
- Light attacks: 10
- Block hold: 1
- Bow draw: 5
- Jumping: 20
- Spell Casting: 3 or 6 if dual casting

- Just moving: 0.5
- Running/jogging: 1
- Riding a horse(when sprinting with the horse): 1
- Sneaking(moving or not): 1
The consumption stacks, meaning that sneaking will drain, and moving while sneaking will apply the drain of walking and/or running/jogging as well. Check the changelogs in case new actions are added. The list here might be outdated/incomplete, check changelog for more precision.
Customization
Use the MCM to enable/disable the cost for certain actions. If you think another action should consume stamina, let me know or contribute.
Installation
Standard install. Place in Data folder/user mod manager.
Updating
Spell would need re-distribution, also applies to customizing the values in xEdit.

Compatibility
Compatible with everything and anything. This mod doesn't alter any record. Every record it uses is new, meaning it is conflict free. If you install other combat overhaul mods or stamina overhaul mods, you might get stacked effects but they will not be incompatible. Disable either to avoid extra drain.

* A script is used to drain stamina when jumping. It is only executed when a jump is detected.
Recommended mods
- Combat Stamina Requirements: NPCs and you won't be able to attack below certain stamina threshold
- Shield Of Stamina - Blocking Redux: To consume stamina on hit impact rather than health
- Conditional Magicka Costs: Same concept but for magicka
- Incremental Injuries: You will temporarily lose stats over time based on how frequent you use them restoring them when sleeping.
- Incremental Gains: A perfect complement for Incremental Injuries. It will make you improve your stats as much as you spend them.
- Hardcore Level Up: Disables carry weight gain per level up and makes you gain only 1 point of stats. A complement for Incremental Gains.
- Active Effects Menu Declutter: Hides the effects added by this mod on the Active Effects tab
