Is it compatible with JK's/Immersive/Obscure's College of Winterhold? Yes. It's compatible with all College of Winterhold overhauls.
My Mod Organizer 2 says that this isn't a valid mod! That's because there's no meshes, plugins or textures in the folder. Just ignore it. The mod will work.
