Initial Release
This is an uncapper preset that doesn't touch any of the skill cap, leveling related, or skill gain related settings.
Instead it does the following:
Grants two perk points at level 2 and also at every 5 levels (5, 10, etc.)
Grants one perk point for all other levels
Grants one perk point for every level starting at level 51
That's it.
Note: This uncapper can be used with Skyrim Skill Uncapper, it does not explicitly require the "fixed" version. I play 1.6.x (AE) so have to use the fixed version.
