is this compatible with convenient horses?

  No idea. It doesn't edit any forms, just uses scripts to alter the horse stats.
  I would think it would not conflict, but I have not tested it with that mod.

  Yes it will conflict with Convenient Horses settings. As far as how the game prioritizes scripts-- I'm unsure.
