With this lesser power, for a brief second, you are ethereal and gain a huge boost to movement speed. you can attack/interact/cast spells before, during, and after casting. You will find the book to learn this power on the road to Riverwood (it's just past the main gate, should be on the ground.)

You can find the tome to unlock the power on the road to Riverwood. Should be 30ish meters from the gate. I'm American so idk how far that is good luck lol you'll find it I promise it's just on the road

This mod was meant for personal use only, but I know there is a niche audience out there that craves movement-based abilities like I do. I made this in a couple hours with no prior modding experience besides looking at Creation Kit a year earlier and instantly uninstalling it because I got overwhelmed, so don't expect anything from this mod. I say this for your own sake. I think it's pretty cool, I didn't make this for other people, etc etc. I do not plan to update or bugfix this mod.
