As said above. This mod add's a mushroom village outside Riverwood going Helgan way. One mushroom house is a player home and the other 2 are dummy mushrooms. There is a guy in it when you start. I didn't want that actor so i commanded him out... open console, click on him, disable and enter. For who may not know how to do that. I did add a female wood elf cook named Sarah. She has had face gen exported and is set as ally and sandboxing. You must have the modders resources. Followers will not follow you in but will follow you out. Something to do with navmesh outside as i followed Dark Foxes directions perfect. The inside is hand navmeshed and works perfectly.
