Description: 

This mod adds a new playerhome, bathhouse, and arena to the northwest of Shor's Watchtower.
You can travel there immediately after loading your save.



Features:

An arena/bathhouse/playerhome with 5 levels of difficulty. 

• Auto-sorting storage system for your items
• All main crafting tables and forges, excluding the Aetherium Forge. 
• Adjustable water levels in the main bathhouse
• Lights that activate depending on the time
• Fully compatible with Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions
• (If you want this house to work with marriage and adoptions, use the above mod. This mod was made to work with it.)
• Plenty of idle markers for npcs to use
• A Dragon Souls to Perk Point conversion system
  Toggle-able npc nudity while in the bathhouse
  
• A room with beds for followers
• Even more things not listed here. You'll just have to find out for yourselves! 
  

THE GRAND CONSOLE

- This is where the Arena features of the main bathhouse are accessed.
Simply pull the lever next to the thrones to make it appear.

You can do the following once activated: 

Participate in a fight
Start battles between NPCs
Toggle certain features


UPGRADING ASPECTS OF THE GRAND BATHHOUSE:

Want a new bathroom, some pet fish, new beds, or even some guards?
Well you're in luck, and out of gold, because all of these can be yours for various sums of your precious septims!
Simply activate the very obvious mailbox to purchase upgrades!
 
 

 
The Grand Bathroom (Must be purchased. 10,000 g):

- Bathroom with a working sink and shower. Use the shower to gain an 8h +20 Speechcraft boost. Must be purchased.
- Fish sold separately (300g)



Guards (Must be purchased. 6000g)

- Dwarven Automaton guards who will protect you with their non-existent lives.
Two of them are set to patrol the front of the bathhouse while the two elite guards stand by the thrones.





More up-gradable features will be added in the future.


F.A.Q:
I don't like the garden. Can I disable it?
Activate The Grand Console and toggle the garden from there.


Can you recreate your mod to meet my exact specifications because I have an entitlement complex?

Should I clean this mod with SSEEdit?
I have already precleaned this mod with SSEEdit.
There are a few intentional "dirty" worldspace edits for obvious reasons.
Removing those entries will ruin the baththouse's exterior landscape.

There are a few assets in the bsa that aren't actually used in the mod. Why?
I plan on utilizing these assets in the near future for upcoming features of the mod. Don't worry about it! :)
