Improves Nirnroots, changes the sounds they make to be less annoying.

Real proper nirnroot improver, if you don't like the sound nirnroots make (the loud whine), this changes it, it tends to be annoying for most people so here's a new sound for it. This is the same as my old LE mod of the same name, since it's just a sound replacer, it should work just the same.
Installation:
use a mod manager or drop the contents of the zip into your data folder. backup sounds folder if you install manually
Uninstallation:
use a mod manager or remove the sounds folder in data/, make sure you backed them up prior
