   is there something im missing the menu is not showing up.. is there a limit on how many menus i can have?

      Make sure you have MCM Helper. MCM limit is 128. Use MM2 to have more.

   We won't see the high elf courrier? The normal courrier will give us the letter? It won't break the quest since it is supposed to be the elf delivering?

      It is only a delay in delivery, rest is the same as without patch.
