you must install ENB HELPER SSE. Without this file the shaders will not work properly and the lights will be very, very strange.
Download the latest binary for Skyrim SE from Enbdev.com
Move d3d11.dll and decompiler_46e.dll into your Skyrim root folder (The folder with SkyrimSE.exe)
Download this ENB preset, and move all the files included in the zip into your Skyrim root folder (The folder with SkyrimSE.exe)
