I watched a little bit of Jacoby Wakeby's YouTube series "Life as an Orc" and saw as he was prevented from crafting certain things because there was no wood chopping block or even a wood axe anywhere to be found inside the Stronghold.
So I took a few minutes and threw together this little mod that does nothing but add wood axes and chopping blocks.
Axes are inside each Longhouse (near the front door). If you're not a friend of the tribe, you may have to steal it (I won't tell).
Chopping blocks were added to the Strongholds that didn't have one yet. The new chopping blocks are located in random spots inside the fence that I thought looked ok. The blocks aren't perfectly set up, but I checked and they all worked and were quickly sandboxed by nearby NPCs.
Should help out anyone doing an orc playthrough :)
