Little esp I made for myself on a whim using xEdit.
Horses are now noticeably quieter and you can actually hear dialogue when you happen to have horses parked nearby. Especially in the vanilla intro. Doesn't touch non-voice sounds like footsteps, mounting, dismounting, etc because I know there are popular mods that edit those. Only edits the horse "head" noises as they're called in xEdit (random whinnies, grunts, etc... honestly I don't know what they're called. Not a big fan of horses. Hence this mod I guess, but I digress.)
