Certain Unique Shields have wards. Made upon request, will expand selection if asked.

I added the Spellbreaker Effect to the shields to these shields as requested by a user on the Nexus Mods discord server.
Currently Affected:
Targe of the Blooded
Auriel's Shield (directly edited the effect, may cause minor incompatibility issues at worst)
Improved Bonemold Shield
Bound Shield with FX (REQUIRES ORIGINAL MOD) (Not 100% sure if the method I chose works, if not, let me know and I will try the other method)
