This is a very basic mod that will add a steel dagger with the chaos enchantment inside Fort Frostmoth.
I made this mod because of two reasons. The first is that I use Reliquary of Myth, which disallows disenchanting of the Champion's Cudgel as well as changes the enchantment entirely. The second reason is that I also use Legacy of the Dragonborn and therefore cannot scrap the item since I'd want it inside the museum.
Since the Warhammer is clearly unavailable, I wanted to add a secondary method of obtaining the chaos enchantment without resorting to cheats.
The Elemental Steel Dagger will be available inside Fort Frostmoth near General Falx Carius. I have not made any edits to the dagger and merely copied the record as a new weapon.
