This is just a simple head preset to give your male Khajiit rounded ears like a lion or other big cat. I know there are other mods out there for lion heads but I felt they changed the head shape too much and I wanted something that only affected my character and not npcs. This only effects the ears along with some general smoothing of the face. My inspiration came from the old discontinued Catlike Khajiit mod. For now this only effects VANILLA heads. I may try and make a Khajiit Overhaul version as well. Female Khajiit already have a lioness mod but that requires Khajiit Overhaul.
To get to the preset go to the sculpt tab in racemenu and press F9. Click on Katie's Vanilla Male Lion and select it.
Update
Now added a smoothed option with no cheek pouches!
Keep in mind all Khajiit textures at the moment are designed for the cheek pouches so there may be some weird shadowing where the pouches used to be.
