Are you tired of selling the same dagger or sword over and over again? This simple mod will make selling stuff easier and faster. If you want to have Speechcraft to 100, do not use this chest until you got there as it will not pump upp your skill.
Location
The Chest is placed in the Bannered Mare in Whiterun, floor 2, next to the bed where we sleep if we rent a room there.
Warning
Do not sell enchanted stuff right now. I need to find a way to get the full value of an item now. Enchants do not get included or if you make the items better at the Crafting tools. Well sell them if you do not care if you get the full value or not. I have enough gold as it is anyway honestly :D
It also seems this mod require v1.5.97 of Skyrim SE. The scripts should be recompiled if you use AE.
If you have a Missive from the Missives mod, lets say, Aquire Oudin's Quarter Staff, and you have a Quarter Staff in your auto chest, you will loose the named quest staff. I did notice this right now and it seems the missing stuff we are sent to retrieve in the Missives, are just renamed basic items. So sell before or after you got the quest item for missives. Ordinary quest items have unique ID's and will not be touched but the Missives mod create an item from base objects, adds them into a chest and renames it/them. I did sell stuff per auto after I looted that specific chest and when I got to Oudin, the dialogue was available but I did not had a single quarter staff in my chars backpack for sure. I did had one in my auto sell chest however. ;)
How do I do it?
- The chest only store the stuff you want to sell, so add 1 of each Item you want to have sold by auto into the chest and let it stay there.
- When you close the chest, it will get scanned and if you have the item in your inventory, it will get sold.
- If you want to stop Auto selling stuff, just remove the specific item from the chest.
How do I see what got sold?
To see what got sold, open your console as I do not which to spam messages in the top left corner. The messages there, is to show you that items are getting sold and to show you the total sum of Septims you got from this transaction. To see what it was that got sold and removed from your inventory, well open the console.
Can I access the chest from anywhere?
Of course you can. There is a spellbook above the chest and the spell will open the container if you want to add something to be autosold and when you close the chest, the items from your inventory will get sold and you get the shiny Septims for everything put in the chest, well not the stuff in the chest it self, but if you have similar stuff in your inventory it is. :)
I do guess what will be confusing is that the items will remain in the chest. They are there to make this simple and viable.
Do I really need to open the chest every time?
Right now yes, but that might change later with a menu, open Chest or sell stuff or 2 separate spells. We see. Right now I want to make sure it just works and will focus at fixing bugs if you can find any. It is an early beta so far as I see it.
My other mods?
This is my first Skyrim mod as I am an Oblivion modder and I modded Morrowind and Oblivion since 2004 and started to play TES 1996 TES 2 and I still play even TES 2 with the Unity Engine, so test it if you have not done so and it is free. Daggerfall Unity.
My biggest project right now is a version of LOTD, Legacy of the Dragonborn for Oblivion. It is still in an early beta as it is not an exact copy, just the principle as The Museum is located North of Anvil. It only have a Library right now and a small room for Anvil related quests and only 71 quests, so it will take long time to get it as complete as LOTD is. It is Called the Legacy of the Champion - LOTC :D We all have to just take one small step in a time really.
Here is a complete list of my TES 3-5 projects.

To make this possible, to learn how to actually start making stuff in Skyrim or rather scripting Skyrim, I had huge help from 2 modders that I wish to thank.

- 666qwertz666 for Compiling my Scripts for AE - mega thanks for your aid and support. :D
v0.02 - Added the missing Spell Script
v0.03 - Recompiled the scripts, made sure they are in the package
v0.03b - Figured out we need both AE and SE versions. Damn Beth, for making life so complicated really. Thanks 666qwertz666 for aiding me with this as I use SE v1.5.97 myself. I could install AE, but not for a simple mod. If I go serious Skyrim modding, I will. But not now.
