One of my favorite house mods is Build your Own Breezehome, by Plymster (origionaly for LE, and ported to SE by Geekijeo)
There appears to be an issue with the construction books, and some (including me) have mentioned seeing Squares in the text. The BYOB Book Patch addresses this.
If your also use another favorite mod of mine Crossroads Cellar you will notice that the safe with the key is in a different place, and the door covers most of the Armory Entrance. The CC Door mod corrects this.
