Description

Treasure of the First Nords will take you on an adventure throughout Skyrim to find a lost treasure left by the first nords that arrived in Skyrim.

Near Valtheim Towers you'll find the body of Johan. (First two screenshots
show his location) After reading the notes on his body the quest will
start. Make sure to go into the miscellaneous quest tab and activate the
quests. Make sure you read Johan's Orders before Dossier.

When designing a mod I like to try to make them fit into the vanilla game as
seamlessly as possible and make feel like something that you would
naturally come across while playing the game.

Some levels in this mod have alternative stealth routes you can take if you so choose.

This mod is recommended for levels 15+


Compatibility

There are no compatibility issues that I know of. No DLC is required. SKSE not required.


Installation

Use NMM or put the contents of the Treasure of the First Nords data folder in your Skyrim data folder.

Personal Review:
Really solid mod! Has some unique themed dungeons that are fun to playthough. I
found that there were just a little too many enemies in them, but that
was my only issue. Ported for personal use through CAO and resaved to
form 44 in the CK. Asked the author for permission to upload, but
received no response. Decided to upload anyway, Helfane if you're there
and don't want this up I'll happily take it down.

Compatibility/Bugs:
Tested on my heavily modded AE (should work for SSE and VR as well, but I
haven't tested it) setup and it works fine, I only noticed two minor
bugs. There is a marker that will point you to the "Solitude Sewers"
(compatible with skyrim sewers and the like no need to worry) for me
this pointed me to solitude, but once I got there it pointed me to the
correct location. Also be sure to follow the quest prompts and read the
Orders and then the Dossier, I found reading in the reverse order can
slightly mess up the journal entries. Everything else is fine. The mods
makes just a few world area edits to serve as dungeon entrances that are
pretty far out of the way, shouldn't have any incompatibility.

There is a conflict with the mod following mercer: two of the cave entrances overlap (Thanks to TariqGenera for the callout)


The mod is quite enjoyable a solid 8/10, no bugs, or non lore friendliness. Please download and try it for yourself!
