Easy Wheel Menu for Sacrosanct: do vampire things with a menu.

Adds Vampire Lord transformation, Vampire's Sight, and Vampire's Seduction from vanilla Skyrim/Dawnguard to Easy Wheelmenu's MCM.
Also adds Blood Cauldron, Blood Revel, Obfuscate, Vampire's Command, Flaywind, Eyes of the Predator, Summon to Molag's Court, and Wicked Wind from Sacrosanct to the menu.
If you have the option to remove spells set in EWM, it should also remove them from your spell list.
To-do: Easy Wheelmenu II improved version.
