Short and simple, this is ClearanceClarence's Geode ores reimagined. Transform them from their original 'mineral ore' look into a more rich gem crystal look with multilayer parallax to add depth as if looking at a real crystal.
This is just a slight modification of ClearanceClarence's mod "Enhanced Ore Veins SSE". This will work with or without that mod, but i still recommend getting his mod alongside with this for a really beautiful mining experience in skyrim.
All credit belong to ClearanceClarence, i just did a retexture and changed mesh properties.
