Reduces the expensive potion recipes in caco by roughly x5 times.
All potion recipes now have a base cost of 10-100 gold.

If you're like me and use economy and loot overhaul mods, chances are you won't fancy spending your life savings on a highly situational potion recipe, when you can spend that same amount to hire an entire mercenary company, outfit them with ebony gear and buy each of them a horse and a hound companion with some change left.
Well maybe it's not that bad. But make it 2 potion recipes and I'm pretty close.
This mod reduces the expensive potion recipes cost added by CACO, while leaving the lower priced ones roughly the same.
Do not expect this to be perfectly balanced, it's not. But it should, at least, make buying potion recipes possible without making your vendor the richest person in Tamriel.
