Initial release
The Ebony Warrior's vanilla start condition is for him to approach the player at level 80, but often enough players will never reach this level so they never encounter him. I've tweaked Ebony Warrior's approach as follows:
The player must either achieve level 80 OR has completed the Dragonslayer quest. Either condition being met will trigger the Ebony Warrior's approach
