This mod allows you to convince the Jarl of Whiterun to join the stormcloak rebellion, rather than having to kill his tenureship of Dragonsreach. It requires rather high speechcraft (70), so keep that in mind. 

This mod isn't compatible with CWO, but that mod is no longer on the Nexus, so I shrug my shoulders.
