quick edit to fSweetSpot* = 1000
and fPickpocketing*chance = 100
makes it impossible to fail a lockpick or pickpocket

install: mod manager of choice, or unzip the .esp to skyrim/data
removal: delete the esp

for whatever reason, i couldn't find a mod like this on the nexus. i found separate pickpocket and lockpicking mods, but the pickpocket was form 43 and i didn't want 2 esps to do 1 thing, so i just made my own
anyways the idea is why should you bother wasting lockpicks and savescumming pickpocketing when you could just succeed every time?
after picking the same lock about a million times since fallout 3, i'm sick of it
