Changes which races get which starting spells, with more importance placed on lore.

Ever thought it was weird that Dark Elves started with sparks when they're so well-known for their resistance to fire? What about High Elves, superior mages, starting the game with Fury, which rarely even works on the draugr boss in Bleak Falls Barrow? Or Bretons, known for their magic resistance, starting the game with...Conjure Familiar?

These never made any sense to me, so I changed them.

Dark Elves, known for their affinity for fire, start with Flames. Bretons, known for their resistance to magic, start with Lesser Ward. High Elves, known for their superiority as mages, start with Sparks.

This mod makes the most sense when used alongside a mod like No Starting Spells, which removes Flames and Healing from the player character but not other starting spells granted due to racial bonuses.
