Alright folks V2.2 is now live and the problems should hopefully be fixed. RA no longer makes ANY changes to vanilla assets, intended or unintentional.

    - Solved a compatibility issue that would cause many people's games to crash or cause CTD on save after completing "Season Unending" and persisting until the main quest is completed. The issue stems from the fact that Bethesda left several temp references to Galmar, Rikke, Ulfric, and Tullius in place but are never used, and apparently their existence causes this crash to occur, so Bethesda redesigned how the CW quest worked and set up some process that removes these unused assets, but since RA was making them persistent, the in game deletion was failing and the bug persisted. I removed all vanilla edits that RA previously made in other versions and set up a new process that dynamically acquires the other references to add the items to, without making them persistent in any way. This version should be free of any conflicts. You may need to clean your save and purge the old version before adding this one, just to make sure.

-Updated several weapon meshes to fix possible CTD due to incorrectly named blood effect layers

-Fixed Foebreaker and Lightbringer mesh so they use the two handed weapon stance properly

So to update, just remove your older version, possibly run a script cleaning to make sure it's purged from your save and add the new version. You may even need to go so far as to clean it, remove the mod, open and re-save your game before adding the new version so that the setup quest restarts. This will of course remove all the items and reset them, so test the clean and update method before removing the mod and re-saving.

The script you will need to clean when upgrading is: pi__qf_pi_weaponsetuphandler_040da3f6

Hello, I noticed the weapon Smile was not included in the article of how to find the weapons out in the world. Is there a way to get this item other than, presumably, joining the Dark Brotherhood and pickpocketing Cicero?

Love your mod, bud! Quick question: any plans to make it so Ulfric and Tullius give you their royal weapons when they ask you to kill the other at the end of the Civil War?

Seconded! That would add a lot more gravitas to the moment that otherwise feels unimmersive due to the random leveled sword you usually get.

Did you read the stickied post? Copied for your convenience:

As it is, the most recent Season Unending bug report is from like, late 2018 and the commenter remarked that their own modding practice was the ultimate root of their recent issue.

There was an issue in the bugs section posted after the release:/
The post was by JosephRussel. So maybe before coming screaming at me, use your brain.

If you think that's screaming, wait til you hear about capital letters.

      > As it is, the most recent Season Unending bug report is from like, late 2018 and the commenter remarked that their own modding practice was the ultimate root of their recent issue.

This remains true. josephrussell's comment is from March 2018; the most recent bug comment related to Season Unending is from December 2018. That December 2018 comment _also_ says that the issue was fixed after cleaning their save with another tool. That tells me that specifically _upgrading_ this mod doesn't fix the existing issue (which makes sense, given the change from editing the NPC to adding by script, and isn't made clear by the mod page), and also that _this mod_ specifically may not be the problem.

You're welcome to draw your own conclusions, of course, but if it'd be easier to ignore me, I certainly can scream at you.

Honestly I just came here to say thank you for scripting the addition of everything - I went in with sseedit to see if I needed to make any patches, but lo and behold, no npc was edited. I love it! Thank you for this!

I am now using v2.2 and have noticed that many of the royal items are impossible to pickpocket, even with a very large skill level.I don't think that this was true in previous versions. Other than doing the console coc command, what can I do.

Is this mod compatible with Bijin mods like Bijin All In One Serena Valericca?

It doesn't conflict with Bijin 2019 AIO at all, they work fine together.

I'm mildly curious why you chose the Altmer's Fortify Magicka effect for Shalidor's Aura instead of the normal enchantment. Admittedly, this normally wouldn't matter; but Valdacil's Item Sorting tags it as a Racial ability.

Also, since you say it's okay in the description, I'm going to make a VISPatch for this. Unless there was some reason for it to be the racial ability, I'm also going to change Shalidor's Aura from AbFortifyMagickaHighElf to EnchFortifyMagickaConstantSelf. I'll let you know when it's uploaded.

I'm like 90% certain this "stormlord" armor is part of the Immersive Armors mod, a completely different mod. You can craft it with the corresponding perks (steel or advanced armors, iirc, or Steel/plate if you have ordinator)

With Palaces and Castles Enhanced, Jolhert becomes unattainable without console commands, as as far as I know it removes the display case.

That aside, love this mod! Enhances the immersion just that little bit more :)

hey is it possible to get regnving and snaerving from Frea by trading her for a couple of different weapons like say i trade with her and take regnving and snaerving and i give her lets say 2 nordic war axes, would that be possible or is it a nervous wreck

I'm only asking because i use this mod on xb1 and i just recently started using it and i haven't gotten to the dragonborn dlc quests yet and i want to know before i start especially since ive been told theres no alternate method to gain any of the weapons on xb1
