Man of Skyrim, it's a Nord preset it adds a set of reference characters from games or anime male presets with just the Racemenu sliders to make character creations easier, these presets may not be the best looking or even close to their reference but with my skills, it's best I can do, I mean look at my man Guts he looks like Nuts.

This mod relies on KS Hairdos SSE, Brows, Beards, and Racemenu, so make sure you get all these mods first before you start using the preset
I've used Tempered Skins for Males as it looks excellent in my humble opinion, Alternate Start is a pretty good mod if you are sick of the vanilla start and wanna start a new play-through. I've used RaceMenu Poser as it helps to make the character without them making too much movement with few other poses. and lastly, the Rags no more as its names suggest removes the rags from the character in racemenu creation and leaves the player character in a more reviling state.
