This is my first ever mod which took a lot of hours figuring things out in the creation kit.  What this mod aims to do is add a Lore-Friendly (NOT OFFICIAL LORE) Telvanni settlement and Player home tower fit for a powerful Telvanni Magister on solstheim just northwest of Raven Rock by the shore to a much needed area.  Also a first in a collection of Dunmer themed mods that will bring never seen before life and immersion to Solstheim.

Future / Planned Works

- Gah'Hinammu ( 0% done ),  a large Ash hopper boss dwelling somewhere in the ashlands of solstheim,  based on an ashlander legend from vvardenfell,  you can kill it and learn a spell to summon him into battle.

- Uhz'Bashnik ( 15% done )  a medium sized orcish stronghold and player home with hearthfire support in the plains of Whiterun

- The Thirty-Six Lessons of Vivec ( 50% done ), a mod that aims to intoduce the full lessons of vivec in book form which are scattered through solstheim which you can find and read which teaches the skill same as in Morrowind

- Isinfier-Ruhn ( 20% done ) a Mushroom Player Home Located withing one of the few Verdant areas of solstheim

- Oldrethi-Oad ( 40% done ) a Telvanni ebony mine and port town wrongfully or rightfully claimed by House Redoran ( IN WORKS ) 

- Tel Sadryon ( 0% done )  a Full Hearthfire support Telvanni Tower and Settlement Owned by Telvanni Lord Ralyn Sadryon situated in the Sea of Ghosts, Sheogorad Region, Vvardenfell District of Morrowind ( Once BS New North releases their content )

Patch Notes / newest to oldest

( UPCOMING ) 3.7.2
- Ferry Boat hire to take you to Raven Rock and vice versa,  maybe a Silt strider travel will be added 
- possibly Npc Schedules so they move around town

( CURRENT ) 3.7.1 
- Fixed Apprentice House Door Load Name,  made a few slight clutter changes 
- Fixed a few misplaced IdleMarkers and Added some new ones primarily to the Exterior Npc's
- Created a new lower tower / Private Study room and fully furnished it,  its the most cozy place in the mod 
- added some more static clutter to the docks / piers
- added some more geological feature such as trees,  and rocks

Note - Please let me know if you encounter the black face bug or any bugs at all,  im trying to push out as much updates as i can before i get bored of the game for awhile.  also overall i'd say the mod is around 80-90% completed,  the only big features id like to implement is Hearthfire support,  Npc Schedules and maybe 1 or 2 quests.  This update finalizes the cells / buildings ill put into the mod,  I need to save some ideas for when I build another telvanni tower and town Tel Sadryon when BS New North gets released,  it will be about the same size and better than Sadrith Ulen.

3.7 New Additions and Fixes 
- Few Minor Bug Fixes
- Refined NAVmesh to allow for more fluid like movement from npc's & Followers
- Added Dock Extension + New ship,  clutter and sounds and Navmesh
- Added New Building,  Temple of Relcamations,  Fully Furnished and decorated with 2 new Npc's who are priests
- Added New Building,  A Furnished Apprentice / Retainer Home for the player if you want to RP as someone who lives there
- Added More Clutter and Root / Mushroom Statics to area 
- Added 2 Sadrith Ulen Guard npc's who sit outside ( currently wont patrol around the docks ) 
- Added 4 New Ship / Sailor Npc's,  2 dunmer traders from Blacklight / Baan Malur and 2 Nord Traders from Windhelm 
- New Implemented Lighting and Bug fixes in All Cells
- NEW REVAMPED Main Tower Childrens Room ( Currently not supported by " Multiple Hearthfire Adoptions " Mod but im hastefully working on it ) 
- NEW REVAMPED Main Tower Storage Room 
- NEW REVAMPED Main Tower Enchanting Room
- Improved some Clutter inside Main Tower Dining Room & Bedroom with a couple easter eggs hidden 

NOTE - Please bring any bugs you find to my attention,  Mod Authors always have a slightly different version of the mod,  a bug in my version could be completely invisible to me.  Also please let me know how if you enjoy the Mod,  this mod has come a long way since the begining.  I am still working on a couple other mods that are progressed enough to publish soon,  A Quaint telvanni player home in the verdant area of solstheim.  and a full 36 lessons of Vivec Mod that I made and just needs to be Refined and Published.  Hope you Enjoy this version and feel free to post images and make a video review.

3.6 -> Bug Fixes and NAVmesh 
- Fixed lighting Errors inside Main tower 
- Added More lanterns to main tower to make it brighter 
- More Player owned containers to Main Tower,  2 chests on bookshelves,  1 Strongbox to Main Bedroom
- Decorated Bookshelves 
- Spiced up Research corner of main tower 
- Deleted Iceberg behind the tower on exterior 
- Added More Root / Mushroom Statics to outside water 
- Added Sound FX of Ship Bell & Couple Birds overhead

- Implemented NAVmesh in areas needing it,  to make it follower friendly and as a base for npc paths and schedules

NOTE - While NAVmesh is finally implemented,  There are a couple small bugs that when npc's go over it doesn't look fluid,  This will be fixed in 3.7

3.3 - 3.5 -> Merchants and Expansions
- inside Cornerclub there is now 2 npc's
- 1st NPC Brelan Sarano is the innkeeper and now has a full stock of drinks and food and will Buy & Sell 
- 2nd NPC Velyna Andas a Morag Tong Assassin sitting on table with 2 TES3 Morrowind style Writs ( No dialogue Yet until I create her quest that revolves around her Writs )
- Sadrith Ulen Trader Sa'dari will now open shop and you can sell and purchase items 
- Sadrith Ulen Mycologist / Alchemist Aerona will now buy and sell Alchemical goods in her shop 
- As stated before the Innkeeper can now buy and sell

- Created Curved dock extension behind Stewards home with Lighting,  Seating and Boat ( this now conflicts with the fishing DLC but will be fixed soon )
- Added Clutter and Dark elf banners 
- Added docile Netch family 

NOTE - Still haven't figured out how to give NPC's a working schedule but now at least they work,  the whole mod is around 70% completed
