Kewaen Rhocher is at the Dead Mans Drink Inn. He has spell tomes, a poison staff and soul gems for to take. He is not overpowerful but he is ready go. He has a Ebony Dagger of soul capture, chain lightning right and left. A fire ruin spell and some others i forgot. You can see his strength in box at bottom of the screen. Anytime you wanna change health, stamina and magicka on PC.Open console, click on Kewaen, Do console command.... Modav health 1000. or... Modav magicka -500. this also works for the player... type - Player.Modav Stamina 8000.
