This is a patch I made for my own personal use to have Populated Cities Towns Villages (PCTV) work with Holds The Overhaul. In particular, this patch fixes the cities of Dawnstar and Falkreath, which exist in their own worldspace. Because of that, you won't see any of the NPCs spawning from PCTV in these cities. This was especially a sore eye for Falkreath to me, given how wide and vast the streets were designed as. The city felt too much like a ghost town. 

I've added about 35 new NPCs into Falkreath and 12 new NPCs into Dawnstar.

NOTE!!: As of now, this mod only works with the Dawnstar and Falkreath Modular plugins of The Holds (too lazy :'/)
