Description
A small, ramshackle sewer home/skooma den located in the Ratway of Riften. There are two entrances-- one in the Ratway, and a shortcut in the Riften canal (locations shown in images). The oil lantern thingy can be used as both a cooking pot and a hearthfire baking oven (activate the left side to bake, right side to cook) (also demonstrated in screenshots). The skooma pipe on the table next to the chair can be used as an alchemy alembic. Everything in the home is static, so it shouldn't get knocked all over the place when you're moving around in there (it's cramped af). The sewer hatch/manhole thing in the center of the ceiling is a shortcut door to the Riften canal. I tried to keep the clutter on the poorer side of things, as it's more of a low-income/beggar home. I was gonna add a swinging door bar for comfy purposes (like in my somnolent nook mod) but the thing broke and i cba to fix it so it's gone. also it's navmeshed but good luck getting your frens in there

Ownership
It's free for anyone who can get into it-- heavily guarded by some very intimidating bums and one (1) skeever. 

Compatibility
Should be compatible with anything that doesn't change the exact spot where the entrances are added. The changes made in the Riften worldspace are relatively small (the door/sewer hole thing in the pictures is all)

Requirements
The models from Skooma Pipes by dpillari are a hard requirement for the skooma version. If you don't have the files, there will be big ol error symbols in the home. Plus, his mods and replacers are cool, so you should have a look at them either way. skooma pipes is not required for the non-skooma version.
