Basically one wall is colored one way at the mesh level and another wall in the set is colored the vanilla way. This makes them all colored the same so you won't see seams like in the screenshot in the Images section. If you use ELFX, you'd probably want this. Before installing, look at the walls around Drunken Huntsman in Whiterun, it was there where I first noticed it.
