Adds a small player hideout to the top floor of a building in Riften near the back gate of the city. This is a smaller lore-friendly house if you don't want to live in a mansion, or a nice early game hideout before you're rich enough to buy one. Features of the house include:

- A view of the city and lake you can see from inside the house
- A balcony overlooking the lake and Riften
- No loading screen to enter
- Alchemy and Enchanting tables, Oven and Pot for cooking, Tanning Rack
- Hidden stash under floorboards to hide your valuables, Riften is the city of thieves after all (check for a floorboard that's ever so slightly lighter than the others)
- Racks for your weapon and dagger
- A boat that lets you row to the Riften canals, sitting in the front of the boat takes you near the market, sitting in the back takes you close to the main gate, you can also use the boats to return to the house especially when you're coming to the city from the main gate

New in updated file:
- more ingredients storage at alchemy station
- included facegen files for the ratway bandit so he doesn't get the mismatched head bug
- an alternative "red theme" version is available, the curtains and carpets are red instead of the blue and green

How to obtain this playerhome:
Read the note on the door and find the bandit who has stolen the house keys, obtain them and it is yours.
Companions can follow you in.
Mod uses only vanilla assets, so it takes almost no space.
