Ran xEdit clean edge links, ended up having a ton of issues with this script this time around, had to nuke the edge links sections of multiple navmeshes and regenerate them. Was really confusing, never seen this before.
Reviewed conflicts via The Method, and created a .ModGroups file to hide any remaining conflicts.
Deleted the following new navmesh records as they are underground or otherwise useless
Sunk the following navmeshes that are set aside but not new, to -30k as they are causing some overlap

Made a JK's Skyrim Patch using Gardden's TGCoJKN as inspiration.
Took his patch and deleted everything that wasn't rorikstead related, changed the master to TGC Rorikstead proper and then cleaned/changed the following records.
