Not exactly required, but it uses their mesh. Can also fix vanilla meshes if you have this problem with that.

File credits
Uses mesh from Skyrim Particle Patch with permission from mindflux. The UV fix comes from meshes from USLEP UnPatch, I simply used the branch node from their mesh with Skyrim Particle Patch's mesh for the webs.
