Version V3.1
- Fixes to various NPCs that were flagged as "Ghosts" preventing them form being harmed have been remedied.
Resistance Perks have been patched.

- - DLC1VCSkeletonWarriorMissle2 was missing the "Skeleton Weapon Resistance" Perk.
- EncDraugr05TemplateMissle & EncDraugr05TemplateMissle Ebony had the EncClassDraugrMelee "Draugr Melee" Class instead of the EncClassDraugrMissile "Draugr Missile" Class.
- EncDremoraWarlock01 was missing the "Daedra Weapon Resistance" Perk.
- Made changes to DLC1_BF_LVLFrozenFalmerMelee & DLC1_BF_LVLFrozenFalmerShaman to be consistent with each other.
- Added (Full) Names to quite a few Encounter Templates.
- Removed the Paralyze effect from the “Dark Flare” spell and made it more in line with the same spell in “Undeath Immersive Lichdom”.
- Fixed inconsistencies with the Automaton Weapon Immunity, Skeleton Weapon Resistance & Ghost Weapon Resistance. (Thanks to Butterwichtel)

- - Added the PCLevelMult flag to 3 encounter records who were missing it causing those enemy spawns to be far overleveled.

Looping sound effect has been removed from Hagraven Wind Blast Spell
Primal Burst ability now deals 10 damage per second for 5 seconds instead of 25 damage per second and is now a "Non-Elemental" Magic attack.
