Ok so since i was back on skyrim modding but i'm not using this mod or Better dynamic snow, i have checked the esp of the patch i made and the new version of BDS the ref i patched is not longer in the 3.5 version of that mod so i would guess the issue that it was present isn't anymore or changed into something else that i cannot really test right now. So don't use this patch if you're using 3.5, you might not even need it. I've looked better and if you have "Better Dynamic Snow SE - DisableRefs.esm" enabled that esm disable the anga's mill like my patch does so you don't need this for 3.5.
i have this issue of duplicate buildings in Dawnstar, Dragonsbridge and Morthal i use better dynamic snow ver3 but not no snow under the roof i wonder what might be causing it?
If you have any other mods that edit the snow under the roofs that's where you might want to start looking.. i'm currently using immersive & adult so i've jk's skyrim installed and better dynamic snow seems to not conflict with jk skyrim (mainly i think cause jk skyrim loads after bds) if you have mods that edit those places that might be the issue, strange though that dragonbridge is affected cause i don't think there's any snow in there, so you might have multiple incompatible mods.. anyway it's beyond the scope of this mod, so i can't really help you more
Do you have Simplicity of Snow installed? I read on that mods page that it removes snow from under roofs in a few cities, but it also conflicts with BDS .
Thanks for this! Fixed all kinds of flickering I was having at Anga's Mill. On the ramp leading up to the sawmill and on the roof and and other little areas. You rock.
Edit: Any idea what could be causing this snow to be elevated and leaving a shadow there at Anga's Mill?
My guess is that no snow under the roof is causing that, altough i don't remember seeing anything like that during my testings... and my patch should get rid of the object from dynamic snow in favor of the one from no snow under the roof so maybe it's caused by something else in your load order?
It fixed the same issue for me, as well. It only happened when I had both NSUTR and BDS 3.4 enabled. Either one enabled on it's own was fine, but together, regardless of load order, the ramp , the roof, and the floor of Angas Mill were flickering like a strobe lights at a rave. The problem didn't appear in Whiterun or Solitude cities. I probably should have visited some other mills to see if the flicker was limited to mills.
I played some music and let my PC and followers dance to it for a bit ( unce unce unce! ) but that got old so I installed this patch, which fixed it!
Thanks to the mod author! I was consigned to disabling BDS as the lesser of two evils, now I don't have to disable anything.

Edit: from what i can see v2 doesn't seems to need a patch, it actually managed to see that i've no more snow installed and installed a patch
