Allows crafting Sleek Wolf Armor in all of Armoury of Tamriel's material types

There are two versions:
Heavy Version:
All armor can be made in Heavy type.
Moonstone, Silver, and Glass armor can be converted to Light type.
Armor has equal stats to base armor.
Light Version:
All armor can only be made in Light type.
Armor has reduced weight and armor rating.
The armor can be crafted after you have read the "Smith: Ysgramor's Chosen" book.
