The settings file can have any number of active lists. Such as: "active-lists": ,
This is a list of replacement list names separated by a comma. The last entry does not get a comma on the end.
Lists are defiled as follows:
"cashout": ,
First line is the list name surrounded in quotes followed by a colon and a left squared bracket.
Next line starts with a left curly bracket. The "text" property is the text that is displayed when "display-notices" is true.
The next two lines define the object to be replaced and the object that is the replacement.
"old" is the hex FormID value for the object being replaced. "oldq" is a base quantity for ratio. "oldf" is the filename this object originates in.
