Just tell it to go through with the installation. The file is properly organized and set up to be used with MO2 or a mod manager, but it isn't trained to recognize "Platform" so it freaks out because it doesn't have a frame of reference to confirm that it's properly the data folder. MO2 doesn't freak out with the installation of, for example, Skyrim Platform itself (or a few other Skyrim Platform-dependent mods) because typically those mods also include other SKSE related folders or things of the like that help the mod manager clue in on the fact that the archive is properly laid out for the Data folder.
In layman's terms, just tell it to ignore any issues and go through with the installation.
Any chance of making it so that wielding a two-handed weapon doesn't just duplicate and mirror the weapon? For example, with a bow, it'd be nice to see arrows in the off hand, and with a two-handed melee weapon, it shouldn't be mirrored, and it should be more transparent and/or darker. Simple stuff but it makes a big difference. Please?
Or, if you want to share the source, I could take a pass at it :)
Thanks FinKiin for the Platform version of the UI. It works great with Serio's Cycle Hotkeys.
It would be great to be able to set a fade-out if this can be implemented in the future. I would also like to see support for weapon types in Animated Armoury.
Sorry for all the requests, so here I'll share a little CSS customization for everyone who likes this mod. I'm editing in Notepad++, but use some kind of editor.
1) To change the color and transparency of icons and text, use
filter: opacity(0.3) drop-shadow(0 0 0 green);
You can add a note like the following. For simple colors, you can specify Green, Red, Blue and so on as shown above. Just add it in the #right_hand_icon_wrap, #right_hand_item_name, #left_hand_icon_wrap, #left_hand_item_name, #ability_wrap, #ability_name sections.
2) To change the size of the icon, it is recommended to set it with %.
width: 66%; height: auto;
This should be written in the #right_hand_icon, #left_hand_icon, and #ability_icon sections.
what is "left&bottom" Sorry but i don't understand how can i edit the size and position and if i can... i would not to see the shout hud. can you explain in more detail how can i edit?
When installing via Mod Organizer 2, MO2 states "The Content of <data> does not look valid." If I install the mod nevertheless it seems not to be working. I've tried adding a Directory and placing the content of the mod in that directory. And i've tried to Set as <data> the map 'Platform' and the newly created directory map. Thanks in advance for you reply and the mod!
mp3shin's suggestion above should work (did for me, at least). When you go in-game, make sure to activate the HUD if you have a mod that hides it by default (like ImmersiveHUD).
"The content of data doesn't look valid" isn't the fault of the modder. Just clic okay and then select the mod and clic on ignore missing data. Should be okay.
Looks like a good mod, unfortunately I'm unable to uninstall this via MO2 as it it says "The Content of <data> does not look valid."
I've treid simply ignoring the error as others have suggested, but the UI didn't show up in-game, so then I tried adding the proper directories 'data', 'textures' etc and placing the files into those new directories and still nothing.
Obviously it's an issue on my end as it's working fine for others so it hasn't stopped me endorsing, but any help would be greatly appreciated

I could never get it to work the way I wanted.

For anyone else having the issue I had, this is probably the solution
