I saw several esp-papyrus mods with this feature. All of them has single implementation. Single, non-reliable, buggy implementation.
Time to fix that.

Actually this is just a demo of my Resurrection API plugin. Nothing more. At the same time it is still balanced and lore-friendly concept. Also compatible with everything without any patches.
I have a discord server now, where you could find useful info about my mods, suggest your ideas for released or new mods and give me a feedback.Also I am planning to record some tutorials about SKSE modding soon, you could find it in the according channel.

Compatibility
I implemented perk-version to our Russian modpack. But.. perks..compatibility patches.. hate it.
So, there is my style mod — plug & play. Install/remove it any time, nothing to do with compatibility.
Known issues (also see “bugs” section)
Feel free to report bugs in comments, I’ll do my best to fix that.
Installation
Install it like any mod. You can do it at any point of your playthrough.
Updating/Uninstallation
Ensure that no one have effects.

- Added item you can craft: “Scroll of the Life”;
- If you receive fatal damage, it restores all your hp & disappears;
- There is a cooldown effect.

To craft the scroll, you need:
- Filled Grand SoulGem;
- Filled Black Grand SoulGem;
- Flawless Emerald;
- 3 x PaperRoll;
- Inkwell in your inventory;
- Quill in your inventory;
- Active Talos blessing;
- Craft on the Skyforge.
Future plans
- AE: see sticky post in my stamina mod.
- Probably that’s all, nothing else in my mind.

No. This is just minimal balanced-compatible-lorefriendly demo of my API. It would be better if you implement your own mod. I’ll be happy for you!
