I believe I'm within his permissions, as I think 'SSE port' falls within 'redistribution', I've made some modifications to the esp, and I give him credit for the original mod. His permissions read:
Author's instructionsPlease comply with Requiem's permissions and give me credit if you want to modify this mod or redistribute it. The Requiem Dungeon Masters may use this mod for any purpose, including but not limited to incorporating all or part of it it into future versions of Requiem without permission from me at any time.File creditsXarrian for originally creating Requiem; Ogerboss and the rest of the Requiem Dungeon Masters, including but not limited to Axonys, TheTrader, Heckur and Ludovician (I hope I haven't missed anyone) for keeping Requiem alive and improving it.
All of which supersede whatever permissions happen to be checked on this mod.
I've made the port because I was dissatisfied with the options currently available for dealing with the Divines in Requiem for SSE (not a criticism of those mods, they're just not quite what I'm looking for), and I had to go to an offsite search engine to find Star Made. It's actually not what I remember using in my LE days, but it does what I want, so I'm running with it.
For full details, please read the description on the original modpage. Generally speaking, Star Made is a perk that replaces Requiem's Painful Regrets, which is limiting in a way the Requiem Team and many players like, but some of us find too restrictive. In Requiem you give up ever getting a divine blessing if you join either the Thieves Guild or the Dark Brotherhood, or if you steal to much, run up too much bounty, or murder anyone (which can sometimes happen under circumstances that aren't clear to the player). Painful Regrets lets you get the blessings back after a little bit of thievery, but you still can't join the guilds or maybe accidentally murder anyone. Acerac's Star Made gives you a blank check once you've taken the perk (among other things) so long as you pay off your bounties, and seems to work as is (with a trip through the Creation Kit).
I think there's something to Requiem's notion of guilt, so I've restored some of the penalties of painful regrets and modified the perk description accordingly. Specifically,
I left Painful Regrets' penalties to spell casting and power attacks blanked out. I brought back the other penalties at reduced rates: buying and selling at 10% (was 20%) and general skill learning at 5% (was 15%).
I don't know if it's important, but I forrwarded Requiem's Editor IDs, as those in Acerac's mod were the same as vanilla. Acerak also intended to make the Divines a little more generous before the blessings were withheld, but he doesn't appear to have been entirely consistent with that plan throughout the plugin, and I dealt with that by giving Star Made the same lifetime bounty requirement as Painful regrets. So you may still get some shrine blessings before taking the perk, but in that case you can, um, just count your blessings. Also, I added the ESL flag (if you'd rather port Acerac's mod yourself, the SSE script for finding ESL-able plugins says you need to compact form IDs, and then when you do so, it says there's nothing to do. Just FYI).
Having done that I checked the Solitude Temple of the Divines (coc from start menu), and everything seems to be working as expected (no blessing if you have any current bounty, blessing below lifetime bounty threshold, no blessing above it unless perk is chosen, divine amulets have additional benefit if same divine's blessing is active).
LOOT puts the plugin after Requiem - Alternate Descriptions.esp (which works out as they're no longer accurate for the conflicting records) and Fozar's Dragonborn patch, so I made a patch (also ESL) for that conflict.
