Cleaned the ESP to remove any changes for Coldhaven NPCs other than the headparts (specifically migrating tint mask information for some NPCs which did not make it over before)

Coldhaven has it all... Vampires! Cattle! Quests! Mushroom trees! Even voices and HD textures!
And now with this mod... it has NPCs using High Poly Head.
Appearance mod that changes all non-creature and non-children NPCs in Coldhaven to use High Poly Head.
Beards, brows and scars were all changed to their high poly equivalent. Facegen was created for everyone to (hopefully) ensure no gray/brown/black face bugs.
Marked ESP-FE because, let's face it, we are all out of full plugin slots.
