My first(and probably only, lol) larger-ish home, and also hearthfires multiple adoption friendly! :D Just across from the bridge to Goldenglow Estate, with room for player, spouse, two followers, and two kids. The key to the house is located in the riften stables home, on the dresser with a note addressed to Hrofgrir.

Inside:
-beds for player, children, and followers
-plenty of idles for followers and children
-plenty of safe storage, some named some not
-lots of items some respawning and some not
-two 'unique' weapons both with a 'stagger' ability
-baking oven, cooking pot, enchanting, and alchemy
-one mannequin
-plenty of weapon racks and plaques, and many invisible dagger-rack placements(just look everywhere, too many to take pics of lol)
-seven bookshelves
-several different shrines

Outside:
-plenty of idles for followers and children
-tanning rack, sharpening wheel, anvil, and armor workbench
-woodcutting block
-nice view
-smithing supplies safe storage
-stable for horse


**Seems to conflict with True Thane's hearthfire patch, veydosebrom regions, and A House for Illia**
