Foreword:
Yet another Lakeview Makeover...
I'm sure that's going to be the reaction for many.  Even more people are going to get turned off by the very specific set of required mods.  This is something I've been working on, off and on, for over a year now primarily for me.  If you're already using a Lakeview overhaul, and you're happy with it, then by all means continue to use it!

Requirements:
Let's get these out of the way first, because they're going to be the biggest limiting factor for most people.
1) SKSE64
2) Arthmoor's Oakwood
3) Arthmoor's Manor Roads
4) My Common Guards Resources plugin
Strongly Recommended: My Oakwood Guard Overhaul

Features:
 - A defensive wall with two gates around Lakeview's grounds
 - Magical barriers blocking hostile NPCs from passing through those gates
 - Guard posts at several places around the perimeter
 - Guards, loyal to the Dragonborn, posted at those posts and patrolling the grounds.   Guards have real schedules.  Each guard spends part of their day patrolling, part manning a post, part relaxing at Oakwood's Screaming Goblin Inn and the remainder sleeping in the guard house.   Which bring us to....
 - A guard house, for the guards to sleep in.
 - The northern end of the grounds has been leveled out and expanded into a recreation area.  Featuring:
    -    A pool, which can auto-strip those who enter and auto-redress them on exit
    -    Clara, the Mystical Chicken of Nudity, who handles all stripping and redressing related functions for bathers.
    -    NPCs may choose to sit at the edge of the pool and dangle their feet in the water, and they will automatically remove their footwear while doing so
    -   Sunbathing areas around the pool, which NPCs may use during daytime.  They'll automatically strip while sunbathing, and redress when finished.
    -    Several tables and bars to eat and rehydrate one's self at. If you place food and drinks in the four "food chests" located behind the bar at the NE, those food and drink items will be automatically served to diners, and any uneaten items will be automatically removed when the diners get up.
    -   Two "nature preserve" areas with benches to sit in and relax amongst the foliage.
 - Its own weather- it never snows or rains on Lakeview's grounds!

 - No edits to the interior of Lakeview, at all.  It should not conflict with any mod that only edits the interior of Lakeview Manor.
 - No NavMesh edits other than the two cells that Lakeview occupies.   If you want to add a mod that edits Pinewatch, for example, you should be free to do so.

Installation:
With a mod manager, or manually.  Same as with most mods.
Installing on an existing game will not work as intended!  Many objects and terrain features will be out of place!  Many of the objects at Lakeview (and all HF homes for that matter) are persistent, and are initialized the moment the game starts.  They cannot be moved by a plugin such as this one, and they will not move even if you do a "clean save."  Persistent references do not reset even if their cell does!

Notes on its current state:
At this point, I consider it to be functionally complete however not aesthetically finished.  By that, I mean that (finally!) everything works, but it can still use cosmetic "finishing touches".  For example, sunbathers currently lie on rugs.  It works, but I would like to replace them with good towel models at some point in time.
If you visit Lakeview's grounds before you own it, there will be piles of rubble strewn around.  It will get cleaned up once you own Lakeview.

Notes on Lakeview's Guards:
They're not normal guards.   Stat-wise, they are.  They start off at level 20 and will max out at level 50, same as most town guards.  However, they have much better equipment, and are set as "protected".   They start off with Nordic Carved armor, Nordic weapons and amulets of Magic Resistance.  They are allied with Oakwood's guards, and will assist if Oakwood comes under attack.  This may present a balance issue, as Oakwood is set up so that it can come under random dragon attack.

Recommended Rooms to Build:
This is purely aesthetics.   The mod will work with any, or no, rooms built.
I recommend building the Storage Room in the North wing and the Bedroom in the West wing.  This gives you a large, elevated and connected deck that overlooks the recreation areas and Lakeview's grounds.

FAQ:
Q:  Will you make a patch for (insert random mod name>?
A: Probably not.   I'm not saying that to sound flip, but as I stated in the foreword, I did this one mainly for me.  It works with the mods I play with, and that's my main concern with this one.  If it fits someone else's needs as well, that's great!   It's a bonus, but not the main impetus for this mod.
That being said, the permissions are set so anyone can make compatibility patches without having to ask my permission.   So feel free to have at it!

Q: Is this a NSFW mod?
A: That depends on you.  Vanilla bodies can't be naked, and this doesn't change that.  However, if you've installed a body replacer or three (and, in 2022 who hasn't?) then bathers can become naked.   But this mod, by itself, can't make anyone naked. Even the powers of a Mystical Chicken of Nudity has its limits.

Q: Can I disable pool stripping?
A: Yes.   Right now, only via the console but I may add a switch somewhere in the future.  Best done when nobody is in the pool, or the pool isn't loaded in memory and you're somewhere far, far away.
To disable pool stripping, in the console:
set SUB_LV_EnablePoolStrip to 0
To (re)enable pool stripping, again in the console:
set SUB_LV_EnablePoolStrip to 1

Q: Can I change when lights turn on/off?
A: Yes.   Again, through the console.  There's two GlobalVariables that determine when day and night effects start/stop.
SUB_LV_DayStart - defaults to 6.5  (  6:30 AM )
SUB_LV_NightStart - defaults to 19.0 (  7 PM )
if you wanted nighttime effects to stop, and daytime ones to begin at 7 AM, you'd enter:
set SUB_LV_DayStart to 7
