Happy New Year! With the recent update of this patch, all of my patches (the others can be found here) have now been updated for Patch of Sorcery 2.0+. At this point, I intend to take an extended break from making Path of Sorcery patches, although I'll still be around to address any bugs which may arise (hopefully none!).
Since the original Elemental Destruction Magic is no longer available, can we still use the original patch to add the perks ? I don't think that'll work, so that's why I ask.
Edit: Nevermind, I tested and the patch for the original mod requires the .esp of the original mod.
It appear Elemental Destruction Magic Redux was compacted and esl-flagged in its last update, which has broken my patch. I don't have the time at the moment to fix it, so I'm hiding the file for the time being.
It wouldn't have been compatible; Elemental Destruction Magic Redux strips out a lot of stuff that the patch was built on. I've just uploaded a trimmed down version of the patch that should work with it.
Is there going to be an update to the patch? PoS had already updated which means we can't use this mod. Several destruction perks disappear causing us to not be able to obtain these perks.
Deactivate/Uninstall and play without the perks for the new elements until the patch gets updated. Unless you're able to do so yourself but not many of us do xD. So that, just wait because if I'm not mistaken the author of the patch said that it was being updated.
they're very old files like ma forgotten nachos under the bed... i found some errors on perks in game and SSEEdit, so i fixed them and use it now with few simple steps ( can finish in 5 minutes or faster )
1. Load Order : a. Elemental Destruction b. Path Of Sorcery - Elemental Destruction Compatible Patch c. Path Of Sorcery
2. Run 'SSEEdit', check above lists ( a, b, c ) and click 'Show Conflicts'
3. Go 'Perk' lines in 'Path Of Sorcery.esp', move Reds from 'POS - EDC Patch.esp' each to 'Path Of Sorcery.esp', then they're Green now delete lines in POS - EDC Patch.esp' which 'error could be not resolved' all of them 4. Run 'Skyrim SE' and check your Perks ( Move to Step 2 if yours is not the same as sample picture )
Thank you very much for the patch. Noticed a couple of bugs with the augmented perks though. The first tier increases damage by 50% (second tier as well for the wind perk) and the resistance for the second tier of the augmented wind perk adds earth resistance 30% instead of wind resistance 30%. For those using this patch, it's an easy fix in xEdit.
