Incredible work, as always! May I suggest you to remove the map marker, tho? It's really not necessary since it already has one very, very close to the location; plus, there is already a "Shrine of Azura" marker in Skyrim!
Thirded! I haven't seen a statue redo I liked this much since the ebony reskin for Nocturnal, and the still in use black marble over pale stone from Stunning statues that I still use for Meridia.

4. It's a statue, not a shrine.
There's only one Azura Shrine in the base game, and it isn't in Skyrim at all; it's in a basement on Solstheim.
This one is way more epic, and much more appropriate for the Queen of the Night Sky. If Aranea prayed at yours, she might get an answer....
