Has Elisif wear Nordic Jewelry from the Creation Club, as befits a Nordic ruler.

Sets the NPC "Elisif the Fair" to wear an unenchanted circlet, amulet, and ring from the "Nordic Jewelry" Creation Club plugin. It felt lore friendly and logically appropriate to me that she would wear something a little more Nordic as a Jarl and potential Queen than the standard circlet.
The amulet is technically hidden by her default outfit, but it's there, and maybe you'll have modded her appearance/outfit to the point that it appears.
Only alters the form "JarlClothesElisif", removing the circlet, and adding the three unenchanted items from Nordic Jewelry. Should be compatible with anything that doesn't also alter the same form, or redirect the Elisif NPC to another outfit.
