About this mod

Make player to equip a tome on their left hand when using spell without mastery provided by "Grimoire - Spell Mastery" mod. A real tome will displayed on player left hand!

GRIMOIRE ADD ON - REAL EQUIP TOME

Are you using Grimoire which require player character to keep a spare tome when haven't mastered the spell yet, but the player character doesn't seem to read the tome at all when casting spell? Say no more fam, this mod will make your character hold a tome when you casting unmastered spell!


HOW IT WORKS 

- When you learn spell by Grimoire mod, you will get a mastery progress.
- When you equip spell in your right hand, and then unsheate your hand, a tome will appear on your left hand
- When you sheate your hand, the tome will unequiped
- When you try to equip spell in your left hand before mastering it, this mod will simply prevent it.
- When you equip other weapon in your left hand, and then equip spell in your right hand, your left weapon will replaced with tome. Sorry Spell Blade Player :( 

- The tome asset is come from Equipable Spell Books and Tome . So that mod become a hard requirement.
But, the tome itself will not give any boost like the original tome in Equipable Spell Books. 


KNOWN ISSUE / BUGS
- Currently it doesn't affect spell that require to be equiped on both hands.
- You can replace the tome with otther weapon after unsehating. I won't bother fix this bug, If you want to use this exploit, maybe you don't need this mod at the first place..
- The tome is treated as shield, thus making it placed on weird position and not appearing on first person. Download the optional files to reposition spell tome mesh so it appear better. but might still imperfect on certain animation. This maybe can be fixed by overriding animation, but animation modding is beyond my current skill


UPDATES
- An optional file that reposition spell tome mesh so it appear better on third person, and visible from first person. Doesn't require main files, only require Equipable Spell Books and Tome
